The Arcadia Panopticon was a non-aligned Panopticon that was destroyed by an ancient artifact known as "The Casket". This event would be later known as The Great Loss by the League of Panopticons. It is also claimed to be the home PT of Abel, as well as being the only remaining Panopticon to produce fruit. The previous population of Arcadia was speculated to be around 3.5 million.
